Inauguration of projects affiliated with the Semel District
Today (10/16/2025) in the presence of(Dr. Ali Tatar)Governor of Duhok,(Dr. Nawzad Abdullah)responsible of(lqi ek parti dimocrati kurdistan),and Mr.(Khalat Fattah)Director of water outskirts Duhok Governorate, with many administrative officials for the district.
semel district has inaugurated many projects that are funded at the expense of Dohuk Governorate, including:

1- A well drilling project for the University of Duhok.
2- Drilling three wells for the new project in(Shahidan)neighborhood.
3- Constructing a water project in(New Sidzari)neighborhood in(Mserik)complex.
4- Constructing a water project in(Marina)complex in(Kokhi)neighborhood.
5- Providing, purchasing, and installing numerous posters for(Mserik)Water Project.

All of these projects are being implemented by(Seamax)company.
